Tigris Design AB (“We” or “Us”), the publisher of ZingZong, welcomes and thanks you for your interest in ZingZong (the “App”). By using the App, you confirm that you agree to the terms below.

When you use the App, we may automatically collect information about your device and how the App is used. The information collected consists solely of non-personal data (data which can not be used to identify you) such as operating system, device information, and click path. The information is stored in an anonymised manner.


Purchases within the App are handled by our verified and secure third party payment providers (App Store or Google Play), we do not collect or store any payment information from you.


2. How we use the information we collect

We do not share, rent or sell the collected data to third parties. We may employ third parties to administer and provide services on our behalf. These third parties may have access to the data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purposes.


The collected data is treated in accordance with Swedish Law and The Personal Data Act (GDPR).

3. Changes to the App

We do not undertake any obligation to provide any kind of support or maintenance of the App. Nor do we take any responsibility for the App’s features, in whole or in part, to work at any given time. We have the right to update, modify, temporarily or permanently limit the App at any time and without liability.


4. Changes to the privacy policy

These terms can be unilaterally changed by Us. Upon change, you will receive a clear message via the App. If you continue to use the App after you have been informed of the changed terms, you are deemed to have approved the changes. If the changes are minor, We will just make them here. Please make sure you read the notices carefully.
